Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your paid access stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then the account simply stops renewing.
2. Payments are non-refundable
Subscription payments and top-up credit packs are non-refundable, including partial periods and unused AI allowance. Every AI run and AI message costs real processing money the moment it is used, and access is granted immediately at checkout. Instead of refunds, we let you cancel at any time so you are never charged for a period you do not want.
3. Top-up credits
Top-up credits never expire and stay on your account even if you cancel your subscription. They are sold as a final purchase and are not exchangeable for cash.
4. Billing problems
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the service was unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will make it right. Where local consumer law requires a refund, that law takes precedence over this policy.
